"Would you let me go and dance?" she asked him. "Well, I suppose that could be arranged," the actor said. "I suppose I would be convinced about that if there were certain parameters in place." He continued, "I want her to have fun, and this is a woman who loves to have fun. She's a fun-seeking person. And I want her to go and do anything she wants to do." Alec told PEOPLE it was a "unique time" for the family, but showed how honest they are. "It's not like we're staging anything or faking," he said, calling the show "pretty authentic about how we live our lives." Hilaria said she has "no regrets" about making the show. "I think it was during a time where I almost can't believe that we agreed to do something during that time, and I'm really happy that we did," she told PEOPLE. "So looking back through such surreal experiences and such a hectic and stressful and emotional time, it's so nice to see it captured and so it's almost like I learned so much about us through watching us, you know, it's like a little bit on the outside perspective."
