In episode seven, titled "A Weekend Away," the Duchess of Sussex, 44, reconnects with her longtime friendHeather Dorak, owner of Pilates Platinum. The duo reunited for a girls' weekend in Malibu and revisited their old stomping grounds. As they created shower steamer bombs, Meghan recalled how a teen magazine tip resulted in a few visits to Bath & Body Works. "I love the smell of vanilla. I think that's sense recall," Meghan said. "I remember also reading those teen magazines in middle school or high school, like, 'to get a boy to like you, boys like when girls wear things that smell like vanilla.' " "So I was the first person at Bath & Body Works, like 'The vanilla lotion!' " she added. In April, sheshared the recipefor her dessert "Chantilly Lili," named after her 4-year-old daughterPrincess Lilibet, that is a "spin on my grandma's banana pudding recipe." The recipe calls for homemade vanilla pudding and vanilla wafers.
