If there's one person who is going to have fun on a red carpet, it's Elle Fanning. And tonight, she took that spirit to the 2025 LACMA Art+Film Gala, stopping for photos in a gown she simply couldn't stop dancing in.
In Los Angeles for the annual fundraiser's 14th edition, hosted for another year by Leonardo DiCaprio and trustee Eva Chow, Fanning stepped out in a baby blue number straight out of the Cinderella universe. Courtesy of Gucci, who sponsored the evening's festivities, the ensemble featured a lacy dress with transparent long sleeves and a flared hem that swept the ground as she walked. To match, she paired the piece with a fluffy fur coat, equally as long and dramatic, and a delicate diamond necklace. Her hair, perfectly curled in waves, was pulled into an updo.

As she made her way from camera to camera, each stationed outside of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in the recognizable Urban Light art installation, the actress kept things light and cheerful, reminding us of the positivity of the fundraiser itself.
Founded back in 2011, the gala has supported the museum's initiative to broaden their film programming—from exhibitions and acquisitions to screenings and education—through building community and bringing the worlds of art, fashion, film, and entertainment together. This year's event honored visual artist Mary Corse and filmmaker Ryan Coogler (Black Panther, Sinners), and welcomed guests such as Emma Roberts, Cindy Crawford and Kaia Gerber, Lorde, and Cynthia Erivo.
