Patrick and Brittany Mahomes enjoyed some precious time with their two oldest children and some friends at Disney World in Florida last week. On Wednesday Brittany shared a number of behind-the-scenes snaps from the vacation, which they went on with Patrick's Kansas City Chiefs teammate Blake Bell, his wife Lyndsay and their two children. Summitt Hogue, one of the Chiefs quarterback's friends from school, was also on the trip with his wife Miranda and their two kids.
