The snap showed multiple vegetables, including sweet peppers, corn and butternut squash. Having also filled the basket with a variety of flowers, Meghan gifted Kardashian two bottles of As Ever-branded wine and a jar of honey. The snap of the hamper was accompanied by a special message and several white heart emojis on Meghan's Instagram Stories. "Hey hey, all my girls with a K," she wrote.
