Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have split, a rep for the actress confirms to PEOPLE

Alexandra Daddarioand her husbandAndrew Formhave split after more than three years of marriage.
A representative for the actress, 39, confirms to PEOPLE in a statement that "Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have made the decision to end their marriage."
"The decision was made with love and respect," the statement continues. "They will continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition."
Daddario and film producer Form, 57,tied the knot in June 2022. The two sharea 15-month-old son, and Daddario is also stepmom to Form's two kids, Rowan, 9, and Julian, 12, whom he shares with his ex-wifeJordana Brewster.
Form's entertainment credentials include work as a producer on each of theA Quiet Placemovies, as wellThe Purgeseries and a number of horror movies. While it's unclear when exactly he and Daddario began dating, theWhite Lotusalum made their relationship public when she shared a black-and-whitephoto of them cuddling together on Instagramin May 2021.
In December 2021, PEOPLE confirmed that Daddario and Form wereengaged, and the pair tied the knot in New Orleans roughly six months later.

Daddario and Form announced that they were expecting their first child together in July 2024, viaVogue. At the time, the outlet shared that Daddario had kept her pregnancy secret for six months.
Along with the announcement, Daddario toldVogueshe was "overjoyed" to be pregnant. She also shared she previously experienced a pregnancy loss.
"Well, I had been pregnant," she said, adding, "I had loss."
"It's long and complicated, so I don't want to be too specific," she continued. "Those kinds of losses and trauma are very hard to explain unless you've been through them. I really relate to all the women who have been through those kinds of things in a way that I didn't understand fully before. It's very, very painful."
Daddario announced her and Form's son's arrival on Halloween 2024. In February 2025, she told PEOPLE thatmotherhood has been "wonderful."
"I'm very lucky," she said. "He's a great baby. He's just brought so much joy and peace in my life, so I recommend it to anyone who wants a kid."
