Kidman, 58,filed for divorce from Urban, 57, on Tuesday, Sept. 30 after 19 years of marriage — and a source tells PEOPLE she didn't make her decision lightly. "Their split is turning dramatic. Nicole's hurt and feels betrayed," the source says. "She wanted to save their marriage and believed that she could, but it seems he's already moved on." TheLionessactress listed the couple's date of separation as the date of filing, and cited irreconcilable differences as reason for the split, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE. Reps for Urban and Kidman did not respond to PEOPLE's requests for comment. John Shearer/Getty Elsewhere in the filing, Kidman and Urbanagreed to a parenting planthat gives Kidman 306 days per year with their daughtersSunday Rose, 17, andFaith Margaret, 14, and Urban 59 days. The estranged couple also worked out a parenting schedule and will make major decisions regarding their girls together. Neither party will receive child support. Per the filing, the stars have agreed not to speak badly of one another or other members of their family. They will "encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families." Both are also mandated to attend a parenting seminar within 60 days of the divorce filing. The parenting plan was seemingly agreed upon some weeks before Kidman filed; Kidman signed the documents on Sept. 6, while Urban signed them on Aug. 29. A source in Urban's circle previously told PEOPLE that the country singer has"just been going through some stuff"as of late, while a Kidman source added that he's "been making questionable choices for some time now," and their split "was not the case of them just drifting apart." A third source, however, said that for those who know Urban, "this has felt more like a gradual drift than some big shocking break." PEOPLE confirmed news of the pair's split on Sept. 29, just one day before Kidman filed for divorce.
